You Are Not Broken - Signature coaching series
This is a 10 week programme that covers the following subjects around life change (tailored to your individual situation).
Acknowledgement and Acceptance
Grief or loss - this can be loss of a loved one, loss of a career, children leaving home etc
Isolation - feeling alone after loss
Loss of identity - losing your role as a carer, parent or as a integral part of a company (eg redunancy or career change) or in your own business
Loss of purpose - Being in a particular role for a long time can lead to a void and no idea of what's next
Guilt - There can be layers of guilt that are released upon change that can hold you back. Tackling this is crucial, using compassion.
Mindset/Self critic - How your negative self-talk and limiting beliefs can paralyse you and stall progress. How to manage this in a compassionate and sustainable way.
Fear - how fear of the unknown is normal.
The myth of fixing faults - Learning to accept that life has been a struggle and you are not broken.
Moving Forward
Resilience and self-belief - Unlocking your own toolsets and awareness of your ability to cope with stressors past and future.
Ways forward - life map - Finally taking the steps to acknowledge your journey so far and progress to a new one, and achieve your life-long goals
